I got this as a birthday present last month from my husband and I love it! I’ve worn it every day and when he told me where it was from I had a look at the website and somehow a bracelet and a ring fell into my basket. Oops! Lovely Eira is a brilliant find!

Lovely little piece but didn't shine for long

This is a lovely necklace, very dainty and I wore it constantly when I received it. However when I went to wear it again this week it had gone very dull and lost its shine, as had the chain. I've tried a silver cloth which didn't work so I'm going to try cleaning in warm soapy water, hoping that works as really is a lovely necklace.

Hi Janet, I’m so sorry you’ve had a problem with the necklace. It really shouldn’t happen at all - we wear them for 2 weeks before they go on the website to make sure they don’t fade / cause allergies etc so it does look like the one you have might be faulty. I’ll be in touch shortly and arrange to send a replacement to you,
