Refund policy
Below is all the legal bumph regarding our returns and refund policy, all of which is fully in line with UK law. BUT - here at Lovely Eira we know that sometimes life gets in the way and it can take longer than the law says it should to decide something's not quite right. As much as we can be, we aim to be flexible and human about things - as we say in our company statement, customer service is key, and we will do all we can to uphold this - so if you're not sure, just drop Emma an email at emma@lovely-eira.co.uk
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept returns (for refund or exchange) on earrings and face masks for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns (for refund or exchange) for any item sold as a Second. Any items returned to us from this list will be sent back to you - please don't send it back to us anyway and then get all cross when we say we won't accept it!
Anything sold as a sale item, including subject to a discount code (with the exception of a free postage discount code), will be refunded via a credit note. Please note that this is non-negotiable - we aim to be as transparent as possible regarding this and this particular paragraph of the returns policy is in bold to make it easy to spot. Please don't email or enclose a note with your return asking to vary this policy as we really hate saying no to people but this is one situation where we have to and your return will be processed as per these terms.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unfortunately Gift Cards are non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, in the original packaging with tags attached.
Clothes must be unworn, with the original tags still attached. Any clothing returns received that smell strongly of perfume / clothing freshener or have clearly been worn will be returned to you. We cannot accept any responsibility for items that have been washed by you and problems have occurred.
Please include your name and order number with your return and return it to Lovely Eira Returns, 17 Lonesome Lane, Reigate, Surrey RH2 7RE.
Once your return is received it will be processed for refund. Please note that as Lovely Eira is just a one person company, time is tight and all refunds are processed once a week, generally on a Sunday afternoon. On the odd occasion we are unable to process returns on a Sunday, they will be done the following day.
Once a refund is completed, if applicable a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that how long the refund takes to appear depends on the speed with which your bank processes refunds. Information re any credit note due will be emailed to you immediately.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Exchanges
Please email Emma at emma@lovely-eira.co.uk to confirm that the item you wish to exchange for is in stock prior to posting.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as of course we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
