Clasp not good enough

This is a really lovely bracelet, unfortunately the clasp is absolutely rubbish. I only had it a couple of weeks when I lost it due to the clasp not being strong enough. Just glad I didn't pay a lot for it. The company needs to revise the clasp mechanism.

I ordered this at 8.30am Friday. By 11.30 I was told it was packaged. 11.30 next day it had arrived, even though I put 2nd class delivery. It is beautiful. For my daughter’s 18th birthday on Christmas Day. I’m impressed. Thank you so much
